I brought my car in on its last legs - Adam took a look at it, let me know it was too expensive a fix for such an old car, and didn't charge me. Let me keep my car outside (for a reasonable amount of time) until I could get it picked up.

Very nice people at the front desk. I actually meant to go somewhere else and they directed me to the right place. I'll keep them in mind if I need thier services.

I would go out of my way to have Adam and his staff work on my vehicles. Customer service and straight dealing is still alive and well at Gill’s. I have been there many times with several vehicles and have always gotten great service at a very good price. It’s hard to find a repair/service shop that you trust, and when you find one, you are a loyal customer for life! That’s Gill’s. I typically don’t write reviews, but people need to know about this place!

We had a great experience with Gill’s. They were friendly and helpful from the start. When I called to get a quote, other places just told me they had to see it and didn’t give me much of an idea on price range. At Gill’s, Adam was looking up different price possibilities and telling me the different cost factors, and seemed like he genuinely wanted me as a customer. The final cost was much less than I was quoted by the place that did my inspection, and the final cost included an oil change and safety and emission inspections on top of it all. They were always friendly and clear. They even redid something they weren’t satisfied with the outcome of (my brake light needed fixing, and he ordered and replaced a new part when it wasn’t as bright as he wanted it to be.) I would definitely recommend going here.

Gill’s has never let us down. They have always been honest and forthright in their approach often times saving us hundreds of dollars in work we were expecting to do but didn’t have to after they recommended an alternative solution. Adam is who I’ve usually spoken with and he has really helped us out in many difficult situations. I have nothing but great things to say about Gills and I highly recommend them.

If you are looking for a trustworthy auto mechanic I highly recommend Adam, owner of Gills Automotive. I started taking my car there after the Honda dealer tried to charge me to perform services they had already performed (and for which I already paid). Adam has saved us a lot of money and always fixed whatever was wrong. Today, I dropped of my car and he had taken the time to warm up the loaner he had waiting for me!

Best customer service around! Adam and Barbara run an honest business and provide quality service! Definitely wouldn't recommend you take your car anywhere else!
