My recent visit was my first time bringing my car to Gill's Automotive for a state inspection. The staff was very friendly and courteous, and even offered some coffee and water. They even had a candy basket available for our toddler. I went in fully expecting that we had to drop off the car and wait for a couple hours. However, we were done in 15 minutes! It was a pleasant surprise, I was used to waiting for hours to have it completed at other locations. One thing to note is that they do not do emissions testing here. Because of the pleasant and efficient experience and friendly staff, I look forward to having my car serviced here in the future.

I'm happy your child enjoyed the candy basket! We actually can provide Emissions testing if the vehicle is with us for repair, or is dropped with us. We just don't presently have an on-site Emissions Inspector at the present time. Glad to hear that you'll be back to see us again!

I have been a customer of Gills for about 5 years. They are the best of the best! Their customer service skills are the best I have ever come across. I have moved out of the area. I still bring my car to Gills for all of its maintenance needs. I tell all my family, friends and co- workers about Gills. They are knowledgeable and well priced also. I have never had any problems with their services.

Came here for pre-purchase inspection of my used car. Adam was very helpful in answering all my questions and did all the necessary checks required, even putting the car on a lift for through inspection.

I brought my car in on its last legs - Adam took a look at it, let me know it was too expensive a fix for such an old car, and didn't charge me. Let me keep my car outside (for a reasonable amount of time) until I could get it picked up.
