Super friendly, have free loaner on site, fair pricing, and can always fit me in right away. Such an honest shop and they always explain things so that I can understand. I have taken 3 different cars here and have no complaints. They open early too!

My recent visit was my first time bringing my car to Gill's Automotive for a state inspection. The staff was very friendly and courteous, and even offered some coffee and water. They even had a candy basket available for our toddler. I went in fully expecting that we had to drop off the car and wait for a couple hours. However, we were done in 15 minutes! It was a pleasant surprise, I was used to waiting for hours to have it completed at other locations. One thing to note is that they do not do emissions testing here. Because of the pleasant and efficient experience and friendly staff, I look forward to having my car serviced here in the future.

I have been a customer of Gills for about 5 years. They are the best of the best! Their customer service skills are the best I have ever come across. I have moved out of the area. Came here for pre-purchase inspection of my used car. Adam was very helpful in answering all my questions and did all the necessary checks required, even putting the car on a lift for through inspection.
