Customer service is excellent at Gill’s Automotive! I left my car and got a loaner, which the dealer doesn’t always provide. Adam is professional and helped research a problem my car had and discovered there’s a manufacturer recall on the AC compressor. He saved me a big expense!

Very grateful for Gill’s speedy turnaround. After visiting a dealership for my Sonata in Chantilly that told me I’d need both sets of brakes done for $1,900(the front set had just been done in June 2025), my husband recommended I take it to Gills. Gills called after I dropped off and said they disagreed with the dealership and only my rear needed done. I appreciate their honesty. When I called back to mention the AC was also on the fritz, they addressed that promptly too and now my car is nice and cold! Thank you for a great job and great communication!

I started going to Gill’s Automotive back in September 2025 and it has been the most pleasant experience that I have had with any mechanics that is within nova since I moved up here in 2015. Since I have been there, I have had a brand new exhaust system put in I have had axles replaced. I have had tires replaced. I have had transmission fluid drained and changed and multiple oil changes.
