Was charged over $500 for an alignment and diagnosis (car was badly misaligned after changing suspension, but mechanic confirmed everything in suspension was properly tightened and correctly installed). So, for having to properly align the suspension, $500........... Here's the kicker: The car was still not aligned. Gil's auto never even gave me a printout or anything showing the results of an alignment test. I took it to another tire shop and they gave me a printout of the results of my car's alignment (for free) showing that it was still 10% out of alignment in the front driver side. Was told initially by Gil's that alignment would be around $160 and I assumed diagnostics couldn't exceed $120. Shocked to see the bill was over $500 just for a "diagnosis" which found nothing wrong and an incomplete alignment job. Tried contacting them when they sent their garbage automated texts asking you to provide a review, but they never responded. They did, however, send another 2 texts asking for a review a week later (they receive and see the texts you send to that number; I know this because in 1 out of the 3 texts they asked for reviews, one of them just asked how the car was driving and they didn't provide any links.. so when you respond they obviously read it and CAN respond back). I went here based on reviews, DO NOT FALL FOR IT like I did. Bad service and pricing, did NOT have the same experience as others
