Customer service is excellent at Gill’s Automotive! I left my car and got a loaner, which the dealer doesn’t always provide. Adam is professional and helped research a problem my car had and discovered there’s a manufacturer recall on the AC compressor. He saved me a big expense!

Very grateful for Gill’s speedy turnaround. After visiting a dealership for my Sonata in Chantilly that told me I’d need both sets of brakes done for $1,900(the front set had just been done in June 2025), my husband recommended I take it to Gills. Gills called after I dropped off and said they disagreed with the dealership and only my rear needed done. I appreciate their honesty. When I called back to mention the AC was also on the fritz, they addressed that promptly too and now my car is nice and cold! Thank you for a great job and great communication!

Fantastic group of individuals. I started going to Gill’s Automotive back in September 2025 and it has been the most pleasant experience that I have had with any mechanics that is within nova since I moved up here in 2015. I had new tires put on my car at costco and I went to gills for an alignment. They did a great job and it only took 45 minutes. I highly recommend them.

They provide updates in the work being done. Both Barb and Adam go out of their way to make you feel comfortable in getting your vehicle repaired. We wouldnt go anywhere else.
