I've been using Gill's for a few years after they were recommended by a friend. I'd rate them a 10 in honesty, integrity, quality, friendliness & speed. I've asked them to "check everything, fix anything" and they've never upsold me on unnecessary service or parts. Scheduling appointments has been easy and work is completed quickly. I really appreciate this place and love having a trustworthy shop to support.

Adam and his staff at Gill's are a rare commodity in the automotive repair & maintenance business. They are honest. They give you a thoroughly researched assessment of your mechanical issue. You're then provided an estimate and advised on the practicality of addressing the issue. I've lived in the area for 3 years and had not-so-great dealings with other automotive service providers. I've taken 2 of my cars to Gill's recently and I'm comfortable in saying that I will be doing business with Gill's for as long as I'm in the area. To those I encounter with service & repair needs, I will highly recommend Gill's Automotive to them.

I was very happy to find a family owned business in this area that I can trust. They are always able to accommodate my schedule, even on short notice. They are always friendly and professional. They never try to upsell me on repairs, and only recommend immediate service on something that is a safety issue or that can cause additional future damage. If there are future repairs that they recommend but not needed to be completed immediately, they keep meticulous notes in my account for future visits. I have recommended Gills to friends, and will continue to do so.

I have been going to Gills Auto for 7+ years. Adam and team do excellent repairs and they are people of exceptional integrity. I have had everything from major service done, purchased new tires, and gone for routine maintenance like oil changes/fluids, etc. on my current vehicle and previous 3 vehicles. I now take better care of my cars because if a light comes on or a noise starts up, I go straight to Gills for a diagnosis. In the past I would delay going to the dealership for a diagnosis because I always felt I was getting ripped off or the dealership would “find” several other repairs beyond the initial issue. This caused me to delay going which was never good for the car or the wallet. Now I just go to Gills and I just know they will fix the problem and not upsell repairs that don’t exist! I highly recommend them and I love supporting small business owners.
