Adam and Barbara run a tight ship at Gill’s! They were knowledgeable and honest about their findings with my vehicle and they gave me a comprehensive overview of service I should plan to do in the future to keep things running smoothly. Car was dropped off Thursday just before closing and was ready to go by late morning on Friday. Thanks for the great service! Glad to finally have found “my mechanic” since moving to Virginia a few years ago!

In the past I’ve always used a different auto repair provider. I discovered Gill’s was a Costco Auto repair provider with a 15% discount. It was easy to schedule an appointment. I had my Mass Air Flow sensor cleaned. In addition I also requested the throttle body cleaning which would be an additional charge but they waived that charge. In addition they found a cracked vacuum hose that was also repaired at no charge. All-in-all if there’s a check list for exceptional service Gill’s would receive a check mark for all the positive auto service items. In the future Gill’s is my go to auto service provider.

Gill's serviced a stuck brake for ~$250 vs ~$1300 for another shop's estimate as they claimed the brake was seized and required new pads and rotor. And Gill's turned it around quickly, even amidst the end-of-month inspection surge. I'm very happy with them and feel fortunate to have been pointed their way.

Busy day ahead, arrived here before 7am. for safety inspection, and the service I received was awesome. Recently moved to VA from another state and this place is going to be my shop from here on.

I've been using Gil's since the early 1990s. I had my Subaru serviced at a dealership for a few years after I bought it new, but nothing compares to the quality and honesty of Adam, Tim and the entire staff. I am back for good. Gil's is the best!
