All I can say is WOWWWW!!! I was raised to always take my car to the dealer as I usually buy certified pre owned or new. I’ve owned 6 cars so far and became sick and tired of the schemes dealerships play. I heard a lot about GILLS and was a bit hesitant as i usually always go to the dealer but I will say Adam, Barbara and Scott have been absolutely amazing!! I’m treated like a human at Gills and they don’t try to rip a hole in my pockets. Also service is generally quick. Barbara and Adam answer the phone 95% of the time but if a call is missed they ACTUALLY call you back before the end of the day! They are extremely transparent and do what’s best for their customers. I feel at home here and I feel like i’m treated like a human and not a number and I know I can drop my car off in peace and not deal with a DEALERSHIP that constantly wastes my time and screws me around. The dealership jerked me around for brakes and wanted $2000!!! I didn’t spend nearly that at Gills and they educated me on the best approach for my vehicle and my driving lifestyle. Thank you Adam and Barbara for your amazing customer service and support and thank you to the technicians that perform amazing work on my vehicle - no one else is allowed to touch my vehicle besides Gills! ALSOOO Gills gave me a loaner car from their lot. They are older vehicles but they do what they need to do. Also their loaner vehicles drive like they’re BRAND NEW! Almost better than my new Genesis LOL! that speaks enough value that even their 20 year old cars run like they’re brand new. If you are considering another automotive shop for your service needs, stop considering and RUN to Gills! You will be glad you went and you won’t want to go anywhere else!

I came in to get a new battery bc mine died suddenly They were really friendly, didn't try to overwhelm me with details or up-sell other services/packages (like how a lot of auto shops tend to do). They treated me respectfully and it also came out to be cheaper than I expected. Usually, I dread going into auto shops, but I'd go back to this place if I had issues with my car because I had a very stress-free experience :) thank you!
