Gill’s is hands down the most trusted mechanic shop I’ve ever been to. They’re honest, kind, professional, and their communication is always on point. I originally went to another shop for an emission test, and not only did they fail me, they charged me for both the failed emissions and safety test. They also tried to quote me $300 for a repair they weren’t even sure would fix the problem — and said it could end up costing more. That was an immediate red flag. I went straight to Gill’s afterward, told them what happened, and they checked my car themselves. Gill’s contacted me in a timely matter and they let me know there was absolutely nothing wrong. No scare tactics, no unnecessary fees, no runaround — just the truth. This is exactly why I trust Gill’s and won’t be going anywhere else. I even gave the other place two chances, and both times they tried to take advantage. Gill’s has earned my loyalty for good. Highly recommend
